Over the past 30 years, I have financed, developed, asset‑managed, and repositioned more than $2.5 billion in
predominantly multifamily assets across both for‑rent and
for‑sale sectors. My career began as a commercial real
estate appraiser and later as a commercial loan analyst.
After a decade in those roles, I moved into real estate
finance, ultimately managing the Florida loan production
office for a Freddie Mac Multifamily lender.
More recently, I have expanded my focus to include
working with HOA and townhome associations, as well as
construction companies, to secure financing solutions for
large‑scale capital improvement projects.
